Independent Governing Board and Financial Audits

The Ministry of Cru^® (Campus Crusade for Christ, Inc.) is governed by a Board of Directors which meet at least four times per year. The Board consists of nine members, eight of whom are independent and one of whom is an officer and employee of the organization.

The Ministry submits to annual financial audits of its operations in the fall quarter of each calendar year. These audits are conducted by the independent accounting firm of Ernst and Young, LLP.
